Manganese Sulfate
Manganese sulfate monohydrate is a micro-nutrient used worldwide to strengthen crops and also as a food supplement for livestock.
It is one of the most significant commercially important compound and is a conspicuous mineral based chemical industry. It is the starting material for electrolytic manganese metal, electrolytic manganese dioxide, fungicides such as mancozeb and other manganese compounds including manganese carbonate, manganese soaps (naphthenate, linolate & resinate all used as siccaties), and certain inorganic products.
Manganese sulphate is also used in textile printing, & glass making, very significant in terms of volume in the use of manganese sulphate as fertilizer for manganese deficient soils, for example, in the vegetable and citrus growing areas.
